Cancellation + No Show Policy
We value your time—and ours. Each appointment is reserved just for you, so we kindly ask for proper notice if you need to make any changes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Same-Day Changes
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service.
Card on File
A valid card is required to book and may be charged in accordance with this policy.
Courtesy
We understand that life happens
Your first late cancellation may be waived as a one-time courtesy.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of spray tanning services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered, prepaid packages, memberships, or gift cards.
If you are unhappy with your spray tan result, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess the issue. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or reschedule to ensure client satisfaction. Failure to follow pre or post-care instructions provided by our studio voids any eligibility for adjustments.
