• You acknowledge that spray tanning results may vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

• We are not responsible for uneven results caused by shaving, exfoliation, sweating, swimming, or failure to follow care instructions.

• Clients must disclose all skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

• Gift cards, memberships, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
